We care about the health and safety of our clients and employees, which is why we follow safety protocols regulated by the local health authorities in delivering our services. We take the following precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus:
Proper Distancing
While working with clients we make sure to abide by Covid guidelines. We also encourage our clients and employees to report to Serenity Home Health Care, LLC the status of their condition when they’re not feeling well.
Washing of Hands
All staff members and clients are encouraged to wash their hands with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds. The use of hand sanitizers or alcohol is also encouraged especially in public places where soap and water are not available. Health authorities recommend the public to cover their mouth when sneezing and avoid frequently touching the face.
Wearing Face Masks
Proper use of acceptable face masks is also observed within the vicinity and every time we visit our client’s home to help stop the spread of the virus.
